At TUF Designs, we create custom Harley Davidson motorcycle art through detailed hyper-stylized illustration built specifically for riders and builders who want their machine captured as artwork.
Each illustration is developed from photos of the motorcycle, carefully translating the stance, chrome, paint, and custom details into a bold piece of automotive art. From baggers, cholos and performance builds to classic Harleys and custom choppers, every illustration is created to reflect the personality of the bike and the culture behind it.
Collectors, Harley dealerships, custom builders, apparel brands, and riders nationwide commission our artwork to showcase motorcycles in a way photography simply can’t.
For many clients, it’s the first time they’ve seen their motorcycle turned into a piece of art.
A limited number of motorcycle illustrations are accepted each month to ensure every piece receives the time and attention required to produce high-quality artwork.
Each Harley motorcycle illustration is created individually from reference photos and rendered in our signature hyper-stylized style, designed to highlight the design and presence of the machine.
These commissioned illustrations are frequently used by collectors, custom builders, Harley dealerships, and apparel brands, as well as riders who want their bike preserved as a piece of automotive art.
New commission spots open monthly.
TUF Designs also offers short animated versions of custom motorcycle and automotive illustrations. Each animation begins with a detailed commissioned illustration and is then brought to life with subtle motion designed for vertical social media formats.
These animated pieces work especially well for riders, builders, apparel brands, and automotive businesses looking to showcase their machines in a more dynamic way.
Animations are delivered in 1080 × 1920 vertical format, ideal for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
If you’re interested in adding animation to an illustration or commissioning a project specifically for social media promotion, feel free to reach out for details.
The Studio Behind the Illustrations
TUF Designs is a motorcycle illustration studio based in Southern California, specializing in custom Harley Davidson motorcycle art and automotive illustration for riders, collectors, and builders.
Since 2004, hundreds of custom motorcycles have been translated into hyper-stylized illustrations, capturing the stance, design, and personality behind each machine. From individual riders to custom builders, dealerships, and apparel brands, clients commission TUF Designs to turn real motorcycles into distinctive pieces of automotive art.
Every project is created directly by the artist, ensuring clear communication, attention to detail, and artwork that reflects the craftsmanship of the motorcycle it represents.
TUF Designs has created custom motorcycle illustrations for riders, collectors, dealerships, and builders around the world. Each project begins with a real motorcycle and is carefully translated into a hyper-stylized piece of automotive art that highlights the design, craftsmanship, and personality of the machine.
For many clients, it’s the first time they’ve seen their bike captured as artwork — something that represents the build long after the ride is over.
Commissioning artwork is simple. Send a few clear photos of your motorcycle through the commission request form and include any details about the build or style you’d like emphasized. Once the project is approved and a commission spot is reserved, your motorcycle illustration will be created from the reference photos you provide.
We create artwork for all Harley Davidson models, including Road Glides, Street Glides, Softails, baggers, cholos, performance builds, classic Harleys, and custom choppers. Each illustration is developed individually to capture the details and personality that make every motorcycle unique.
To maintain quality and reasonable turnaround times, only a limited number of commission spots are available each month. Once those spots are filled, new requests are scheduled for the following month.
