Costs are determined by the complexity of the machine (e.g., custom paint, exposed engine detail), the addition of background scenes, and whether you require personal or commercial licensing.
For personal use (a few items for yourself), yes. However, if you intend to sell the merchandise or use the art to represent a business, you will need a Commercial License.
